WaPo's The Sleuth column by Mary Ann Akers, is posting the story, "Articles of Impeachment To Be Filed On Cheney"
Rep. Dennis Kucinich (D-Ohio), the most liberal of the Democratic presidential candidates in the primary field, declared in a letter sent to his Democratic House colleagues this morning that he plans to file articles of impeachment against Vice President Dick Cheney.

I don't see how you impeach Cheney when he isn't the official "decider" - the president is. Maybe Kucinich is going after Cheney's role in the outing of Valerie Plame, which Scooter Libby successfully firewalled him from in the Fitzgerald investigation.
Well, high crimes and misdemeanors applies to all sorts of gov't officials, not just the President. Cheney's got his own list of offenses, quite apart from the Boy King's.
