If it is possible, Dick Cheney gets creepier by the minute. During Chimpy's speech yesterday, the one where he scolds congress for taking an Easter break which he himself took today, Darth was found lurking in the bushes by CSPAN's cameraman.

It must really frost Dick's balls to have to stand in the background like that while pulling Bush's strings. On second thought, he's probably laughing about how he gets to run the world with no accountability, and no apparent decision-making powers that could land him in the Hague for war crimes.
I was just completely baffled by that. Very interesting stagecraft decision...
