"Cold Iron"


"Cold Iron" is the term used for a naval vessel that is shutdown, either for decommissioning or crew leave. Last week the USS John F. Kennedy was decommissioned only weeks after the USS George H.W. Bush was christened. An interesting juxtapositional irony regarding the direction our country has taken. Out with the old, in with the assholes.

re: this post, the depth of the Bush family's hatred for the Kennedys isn't widely known or mapped, but is crucial to understanding the context of 9/11.
