Ordering Injured Troops to Iraq
It is clear, the Bush administration cannot be shamed, cajoled, or discouraged from acting in the most heinous ways possible. They've done it again and Salon serves it up.
Any lawyers in da house? If a "warfighter" (Bushco's new Frank Luntz focus group word of the week) is harmed through the DOD's egregious actionsi in knowingly miscategorizing of these injured troops, can the DOD be held liable criminally or civilly?
Or does it fall under the government's broad immunity from being sued?
